The current approach to health is failing

The evidence is all around us. Look at the rising rates of obesity. Or the top 10 causes of death in 2019/20, 9 of which are strongly correlated with lifestyle.

Modern medicine, a previous marvel that hugely decreased infectious disease and reversed childhood death, is now fighting a losing battle, extending the life of an aging population while forgetting that quality of life is just as important as how long we live.

Beyond the population data, look in the mirror.

Is YOUR approach to health working?

Are you where you want to be?

Or are you planning to start tomorrow?

Social media is the catalyst for failure

Our main source of health information is the internet yet social media continues to spew out more and more ridiculous claims in an ongoing arms race of bullshit as the algorithm pushes outrage and polarity.

People look at their feeds and assume the information is valid, when it is marketing and algorithm optimization tactics that decide what is served up and given priority.

They then wonder why they end up going around in circles and getting nowhere.

Some people figure it out

Despite all of this, there are healthy people out there. There is a group that is succeeding at an ever-increasing rate, performing better, and living longer and happier lives.

What are they doing that is different?

Is the key simply picking the right diet among the social media shitstorm? Or finding the right blood panel or doctor? Or is there something more fundamental that they are doing?

Given that there have been healthy people throughout human history, we can rule out any recent advancements as being the key factors to an individual's health and happiness.

Could it be that there are a handful of straightforward interventions that provide the vast majority of the results?
